First Investments have 29 years’ individual experience and over 100 years combined experience in Industrial, Office and Retail Markets with 200 skilled and innovative staff including property managers working all over the UK.

Retail Experience

Over the years the First Investments management team have managed various retail sites with a focus on the North of England. The team has been involved in the management of over 1,000,000 sq ft of retail property in the UK including out of town retail parks, neighbourhood centres, shop parades and retail arcades.

Industrial Experience

First Investments have actively managed industrial accommodation of around 4.000,000 sq ft across the UK from small starter units to large warehouse units.

Office Experience

First Investments manage over 400,000 sq ft of office space across the UK, mainly in and around London, one of which is the phenomenal Phoenix House EC4N London. The team is involved with many management activities involved with office accommodation.
