Further to the recent fire at 19 & 20 Arkwright Road, First Investments are due to complete the rebuild of the 6,426 sq ft Industrial Unit.

First Investments who are the managing agents for a number of units on the Astmoor Industrial Estate quickly started to ‘completely’ rebuild Unit 19 and 20. The rebuild started in July with works due to complete at the end of November.

The newly rebuilt 6,426 sq ft unit with yard will be available To Let on flexible affordable terms from the beginning of December.

First Investments would like to thank the fire service who acted quickly to get the fire under control which avoided any further damage to neighbouring units.
