Our services include:

  • Advising on and implementing management policy.
  • Formulating, preparing and implementing an active management strategy to enhance the performance and total returns of the Property.
  • Reporting Quarterly on all matters relating to the management of the Property and with all material information.
  • Dealing with rent reviews and negotiating lease renewal terms.
  • Dealing with rent reviews and negotiating lettings of vacant accommodation on terms subject to prior authorisation.
  • Advising the Appointor with regard to any possible or proposed development and/or improvement of any Property. Our Land & Development team is often the ‘first’ to spot new opportunities with a philosophy to grow and retain property assets through identifying and realising development value and often work in joint venture partnerships with other site owners and developers. Our property work goes far beyond Estate Management and into true asset management. Life cycle cost management and capital enhancement is rigorously pursued and terotechnology is a science carefully practiced for the benefit of our retained clients’ property assets.

To conclude we are active asset managers who manage cost and to enhance capital.

  • Negotiate the terms of and generally assisting and advising in connection with any Disposal.
  • In conjunction with the letting agents to prepare and submit a letting strategy for the marketing and promotion of each Property for letting together with a budget therefore for implementing the letting strategy to instruct the letting agents to conduct a marketing campaign which is consistent with the approved letting strategy and the approved budget.
  • Advise on all Occupational Leases and ancillary agreements including any obligations which remain to be performed after the grant of the relevant Occupational Lease.
