Mr Cooper is the Estate Manager for the sites in Wrexham, Deeside and South Wales. He deals with letting enquiries, liaising with existing tenants and dealing with tenant issues whilst building tenant relationships. He also ensures the sites are kept in condition. Mr Cooper is also responsible for professional works which includes rent reviews,lease renewals and lease re-gearing. The Estate Managers also deal with legal aspects of the landlord and tenant relationship.
