Ms Nicholson is the Estate Manager for the sites in Lancashire, Greater Manchester, North Wales, Derbyshire and Wirral. She deals with letting enquiries, liaising with existing tenants and dealing with tenant issues whilst building tenant relationships. She also ensures the sites are kept in condition. Ms Nicholson is also responsible for professional works which includes rent reviews, lease renewals and lease re-gearing. The Estate Managers also deal with legal aspects of the landlord and tenant relationship.
